She will gather preliminary information, explain the intake process, and discuss required documents and the pre-filing course. Have an overview of your debts, household income, and urgent deadlines ready. Attorney Davis provides legal advice and bankruptcy eligibility determinations.

What happens next? Submit your required documents securely and complete the pre-filing credit counseling course. Once both are complete, Attorney Davis schedules your virtual bankruptcy filing appointment. No separate Attorney Davis consultation is required after your call with Pearl. Your deposit is due at the virtual filing appointment.
