Select a time for a free 30-minute initial telephone consultation with Pearl Esteva, our legal assistant. Pearl will collect preliminary information, explain the intake process, and discuss required documents and the pre-filing course. Legal advice and bankruptcy eligibility determinations are provided by Attorney Davis. After your required documents have been received and your pre-filing course is complete, Attorney Davis will schedule your virtual bankruptcy filing appointment. No separate Attorney Davis consultation is required after your call with Pearl. Our firm sees all clients virtually; there are no in-person office appointments.
